Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Foursome mobile application ("Foursome," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using Foursome, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Foursome. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at ryanlax37@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
When using Foursome, you agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app or its underlying infrastructure.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or to other users' accounts.
- Use the app to send unsolicited messages or spam.
4. User content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to Foursome (such as availability information, profile details, or messages). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely to operate and improve the app on your behalf.
5. Third-party services
Foursome integrates with third-party services including Google Calendar (via the Google Calendar API), weather data providers, and tee-time aggregators. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the terms of those third parties. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of third-party data displayed in the app, including weather forecasts and tee-time availability.
6. Disclaimers
Foursome is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data it displays (including weather forecasts or tee-time availability) is accurate or current. You use the app at your own risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Ryan Wanamaker or Foursome be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
8. Termination
You may stop using Foursome at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing ryanlax37@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without cause, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York.
